Retningslinjer for angrerett

Angrerett & Retur

Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

In accordance with the Norwegian Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by an unambiguous statement. You may use any of the following methods:

Email: hello@kultarchive.no

Subject line: "Cancellation / Angrerett — Order #[your order number]"

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we receive the returned goods, or you supply evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Return Conditions

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation.

The goods must be returned in their original condition, unworn (except for trying on), with all tags and packaging intact.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Cancellation Act §22, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Goods that are clearly personalised or made to the buyer's specifications.

Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.

If any of these exceptions apply to your order, this will be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive goods that are defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@kultarchive.no with photos of the issue. Under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven), you have the right to:

Repair or replacement of the defective goods.

Price reduction if repair or replacement is not possible.

Full refund if the defect is significant.

Claims for defects must be made within two (2) years of receiving the goods. If the goods are intended to last significantly longer, the time limit is five (5) years.
