Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped from Norway within 1–3 business days.

Handmade chainmaille earrings and hair clips: 2–3 business days before shipping.
Some handmade pieces take longer, for example The Widow's Veil (up to 7 days). The product page always states the time.
Made-to-measure pieces, such as The Prologue, are made after you order, to your measurements. The product page states the production time.
Pre-order items ship as soon as they arrive from the designer, usually within 1–2 weeks. The product page states the expected time.

During launches, holidays and busy periods, processing can take a little longer.

All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK).

Norway	79 kr (Posten with tracking, 3–5 business days). Free on orders of 1,599 kr or more.
Denmark, Finland, Sweden	149 kr
Europe: Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia	199 kr

Free shipping applies to orders delivered in Norway. We don't ship to other countries at the moment. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

In Norway, parcels usually arrive 3–5 business days after shipping. Delivery to the Nordics and the rest of Europe takes longer and depends on the country and carrier. All delivery times are estimates.

Gift cards

Gift cards are digital and sent by email. There is no shipping charge.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link.

Customs and import fees (orders outside Norway)

Norway is not in the EU. Orders shipped to the EU and to Denmark, Finland or Sweden may be charged import VAT or customs fees by the authorities in your country. Any such fees are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Wrong address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to fix it before the parcel ships.

Late or lost parcels

If your parcel seems delayed or lost, email us at hello@kultarchive.no with your order number and we'll help you track it down.

Returns
